Die Wohnung liegt nahe einer stark befahrenen Strasse, die Fenster sind sehr schmutzig, die Wohnung hat einen feuchten Geruch, die Spülmaschine schimmelt, die Badabflüsse stinken! insgesamt stimmt das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis nicht.

Sehr geehrte Frau Fröhls, vielen Dank für Ihre Nachricht. Allerdings kommt Ihre Reklamation etwas zu spät. Wir weisen ausdrücklich darauf hin, dass Beschwerden bezüglich der Unterkunft innerhalb von 24 Stunden nach Anreise erfolgen müssen. Wenn das geschieht haben sowohl Eigentümer als auch Reinigungsteam die Gelegenheit zur Nachbesserung und Abstellung der Mängel. Eine Reklamation nach 11 Tagen kommt daher etwas verspätet. Außerdem wohnt der Eigentümer direkt unter Ihnen und somit hätten Sie ihn direkt darauf ansprechen können. Wir hoffen Sie hatten trotz des schlechten Wetters eine angenehmen Aufenthalt
