Saddle Mountain Escape - Fully stocked 3-bedroom townhome in Pagosa Springs

Welcome to this delightful townhome in Pagosa Springs. This updated 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhome is ideally located, offering the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and mountain charm. There are four townhomes per building, each separated by a garage, so no shared walls. The downstairs has an open living area designed for relaxation, with a comfortable seating area, smart TV, fireplace, fully stocked kitchen and dining area, as well as a queen size Murphy bed.. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms. The master has a king bed and separate master bath. Two additional bedrooms have queen beds and share a bathroom.

A short walk from our front door takes you to mountain and lake views and access to a walking/biking trail. We're about a half mile from shopping, dining or coffee. Endless hiking trails are available in the nearby San Juan National Forest. Downtown Pagosa Springs features famous natural hot springs and skiing is about 30-minutes away at Wolf Creek Pass.
