Our many previous guests have all stated that they enjoyed this comfortable, quiet and well-decorated unit in our duplex Cape Cod home, with views of the Megunticook River and the Camden Hills, just minutes from downtown Camden, and with easy access to the entire midcoast.

Available weekly (but we often rent monthly or full season) this home has two large bedrooms, each with seating areas, one queen and one king (or two twins); a large bath with jacuzzi tub, walk in shower and double sinks; and a well equipped kitchen, with cafe table & gas barbeque right outside.

The space:

Private 2 bedroom unit in a modern updated duplex traditional Cape, with generous spaces to cook, dine, sleep & relax. The house is nicely furnished, with lots of art & character, and great light without getting summer heat. Great home base for exploring the Midcoast, including the summer’s sights, or touring the spectacular fall colors.

Guest access:

Guests have a separate driveway, full use of the entire separate 2 bedroom unit, and its yard area.

Other things to note:

Each bedroom has a great ceiling fan and the master suite also has in-window air conditioning. Portable fans are available as well.

The kitchen is well-supplied with everything you need, with all the basics and more, including a large lobster pot, plenty of serving dishes, a stand mixer, even an ice cream machine. A gas Barbeque and outdoor deck and patio with dining area are great for family meals.

The spacious upstairs bath has two sinks, a walk-in shower, a jacuzzi tub, and stacked Bosch washer and dryer. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of adventure or simply enjoying quiet moments, this townhome provides a comfortable and inviting space. We hope you enjoy what our place has to offer.
