About the host
Hosted by Lanita Medina

Although I was born in California, my parents moved to Camden when I was 8 years old. Reading was I loved to do, and volunteering at the library was perfect until I was old enough to work at Boynton McKay - a cut little coffee shop in downtown Camden. Their Huevos Rancheros are the best! On to nursing school and now my job as a travel nurse takes me away from Camden most of the time.
Why they chose this property
Nestled at the end of a street, this cute little bungalow beckoned me every time I saw it as I drove by on my way home. Was it the bright red Azaleas, or the smell of fresh green grass in the Summer? You will feel the same when you walk into the sunny sun room. It feels like home from the moment you step in the door.
What makes this property unique
This 40's style bungalow is just a perfect little getaway; the front porch with the patio set and grill is ready for some fresh lobster, steak, or vegetables. Grab a cup of tea or coffee and enjoy the sun room and your favorite book about Maine. It's even close enough to town to take a stroll over to the library, shops, dining, or be adventurous and take a schooner ride. Better yet, kayak on over to Curtis Island with a little lunch. Bring back some memories to the little bungalow and put them right into a scrapbook.
