Before check in i contacted the host representative that i would like to shorten my stay as my daughters medical condition had significantly improved and we only needed for one week not two. The contact said they had a strict cancellation policy and would reach out to the host. I filled out the parking info but in the am of the first night stay my car was gone/towed. The tow company said there was supposed to have a paper pass which turned out inaccurate. I got my car back the next day after paying 300. This soured the stay and we only stayed one other night. Overall it was clean except for dirt on the ceiling near vent and black mold with a constantly leaking bathroom. The rep never gave me a definitive response as to refunding one week. I told him that i am a super host myself and always try and make adjustments when reasonable. The location was good but i would never stay here again. Next time i'll stay at the Marriott nearby.
