Enjoy this beautiful family home with family and friends located in the small quiet "Town of Frankford". Beautiful fenced backyard/patio with fireplace, exterior table and picnic table available for sitting and a bbq area. Fully equipped kitchen with some essentials to enjoy your stay more. Laundry room and bathrooms also equipped with a few essentials provided. (Pack and play pen / high chair available upon request.)

Leave all used towels and washcloths on bathroom floor or in hampers.
Leave trash or recycling on designated bins. If bins full please leave on back of house and we will collect.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We only ask that you respect this space by leaving it the way you found it and enjoy your stay.
Please avoid shoes on rugs, sofas and bedding.
Booked guest is responsible for any and all damages to the interior or exterior of the property. (A charge may apply if deemed to be unrepairable.)
