The two bathrooms include refreshing showers to start your day right. With air conditioning throughout, the space stays cool and inviting no matter the season. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or planning your next adventure, this soothing retreat offers a tremendous place to unwind. You’re sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.

Located just 5 minutes from the square, this conveniently located condo offers a property three swimming pools and maintained common areas. Convenient access to golf, dining, shopping, entertainment, and Ballparks National (10 miles).

* Quiet hours 11 pm- 7 am
* Front row parking spaces are owner/ permit parking only.
* Do not place any towels or other items over railings.
* Boats, trailers, RV’s, campers are prohibited in the parking areas.
* Rollerblades, bicycles, skateboards, and ball playing are all prohibited in the
parking areas
* No pets allowed.
* No swimming off the docks
*Charcoal grills are not allowed. Gas or electric grills only.
* Fireworks are prohibited on the property.
*Occupants overnight in unit cannot exceed 6.
*NO GUESTS OTHER THAN THOSE STAYING AT THE CONDO ARE ALLOWED IN
THE POOL AREA.
