Marseillan is one of France's oldest villages dating back to 600 BC and is located only 5 km from Marseillan Plage on the Mediterranean with wonderful swimming. There is a cycle path to and along 50 km of continuous beaches between Sête and Cap d'Agde.
Possibility of bike rental in the village.
The village with 8000 inhabitants is located directly adjacent to the Etang de Thau where large quantities of oysters, mussels and other shellfish are produced which can be enjoyed directly from the producers or at one of the town's approximately 40 restaurants. A vibrant village all year round with all the services and amenities you could wish for for a quiet and relaxed life during the approximately 300 sunny days of the year. Every Tuesday all year round there is a market in the village with a bustling street life and the shopping tour is conveniently finished with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine at one of the village cafes.
The surrounding area offers excellent opportunities for hiking, golf, vineyard visits and with the Canal du Midi "around the corner". Activities in the area in the form of wine festivals, street theaters, concerts, etc. take place practically every day during the summer
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with an elevator directly from the entrance floor and from the garage in the basement.
The home contains 3 bedrooms + large kitchen / living room as well as a bathroom and separate toilet.
A 25 sqm terrace is located in a southeast position (perfect during hot summer days) with access from 3 of the rooms + the kitchen. Electric grill available. Here you can enjoy many French meals produced with local ingredients and with accompanying wines from the surrounding area
The house has 5 beds with 2 double beds + 1 single-bed + 2 extra mattresses that can be made into 2 sleeping places if necessary. The house is fully equipped for six people including bed linen and towels. The entire apartment has air conditioning. French TV is available
The house can be rented from 15 June to 30 August, Minimum 5 Nights

You can fly comfortably to the airports in Beziers (20 km) or Montpellier (45 km)
