We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The location was excellent and made it easy to explore the surrounding area while still enjoying a peaceful retreat. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, making it a great place for our family to relax.

This was one of our favorite family getaways! The property is absolutely beautiful, and our kids loved exploring the trails, playing in the stream, and squeezing in plenty of pickleball. It was such a peaceful place to slow down and just enjoy being together!!The house was so cozy, well cared for, and had everything we needed. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into making guests feel at home.The owner was so helpful and easy to communicate with. He was incredibly thoughtful and genuinely wanted us to have a great stay! We left feeling refreshed and already planning our next trip back!!!

Our group will be back! Fantastic property and our experience was top notch. We will definitely return I. The future. Sitting outside by the creek and on the outside patio areas was just the type of R&R we needed. The hosts we fantastic and the property was immaculate!

If you are looking to unplug, recharge, and immerse yourself in nature, you have found your perfect destination.

What makes this property unique

What makes this estate truly unique is the rare blend of total mountain privacy, soothing natural waters, and multi-generational entertainment. Sprawling across 63 private acres, the property features a massive 6-bedroom home situated right on a rushing, melodic creek that fills the air with peaceful nature sounds. While adults unwind to the rhythm of the water, kids have a natural playground right at their doorstep. Beyond the creek, the estate functions as your own private resort. Guests have exclusive access to a stocked pond full of mountain trout for fishing, a lighted pickleball and basketball court for night matches, and two miles of scenic walking trails. As night falls, everyone can gather around the outdoor firepit to roast marshmallows and share stories. It is an expansive mountain sanctuary where you can escape the crowd, yet you are still just one mile away from the Smokey Mountain Golf Club.
