Just a few steps from the western part of Lake Constance, the holiday apartment Insel Reichenau is set in an idyllic location on Reichenau Island. Famous for its vegetable cultivation and UNESCO World Heritage status, the island is the perfect starting point for exploring the Lake Constance area. The modern apartment (accessible via 3 steps) stays pleasantly cool in summer. It features a living room with dining area and sofa, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, one bedroom, and a bathroom with a spacious shower. Two guests will find plenty of space across 55 m². Amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, and DVD player. A baby cot, high chair, toys, and children's books are available on request.

A bus stop is only 5 minutes' walk from the property (500 m). From the pier, 1.8 km away, you can enjoy boat trips on the Lower Lake and the Rhine. Other worthwhile destinations nearby include Konstanz (9 km) and Mainau Island (13 km).

Sofort sehr wohl gefühlt

Pros: Sehr freundliche Gastgeber und Nachbarn Die Ferienwohnung so liebevoll, schön und mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet, absolut sauber. Sehr gemütliche schön gemachte eingezäunte Terasse. Cons: Direkte Straßenlage der Terasse, keine Sonne.

Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage

Pros: Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man gebrauchen könnte. Durch die Sutterainlage besticht die Wohnung im Sommer durch eine angenehme Kühle. Cons: Im Eingangsbereich ist ein kleiner "Fischteich" mit Goldfischen angelegt. Die Haltung ist überhaupt nicht Tierschutzkonform (Viel zu wenig Platz, keine Versteckmöglichkeiten). Die Schubladen in der Küche waren leider nicht sauber.

Für Ferien mit Hund viel Fläche zum Auslauf direkt vor Ort.

Cons: Leider halten sich die Autofahrer selten an die Geschwindigkeitsbegrenzung, gerade im Dunkeln. Straßenbeleuchtung mau und somit war eine Straßenquerung manchmal "schnell erforderlich".

So liebe Gastgeber. Wir haben uns gleich wohlgefühlt. Und mit dem Hund hat auch alles prima geklappt. Von der Fewo über die Straße und man kann sofort über Wiesen laufen gehen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist toll gelegen und im Hochsommer herrlich kühl. Die Terrasse ist oft im Schatten, was bei den hohen Temperaturen sehr angenehm ist. Der Garten zur Mitbenutzung ist sehr gross und sonnig. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern ist sehr freundlich und herzlich. Die Wohnung ist nur zum empfehlen.

Pros: Die Gastgeber waren sehr sehr freundlich und nett,. Die Ferienwohnung war super sauber.und mit vielen keinen Asesvars ausgestattet, da fehlte es an nichts.Wenn man fragen hatte (wo man was auf der Insel findet ) wurden sie sehr freundlich beantwortet. Es gibt nix Negatives Es war alles in bester Ordnung Cons: Das Bett war gross und geräumig , nur die Matraze ist viel zu weich ,nix für Leute mit Rückenprobleme , da wäre eine neue und Härtere Matraze sehr sehr sinnvoll.

Pros: Die Wohnung hat ein großes, sehr schönes, modernes Bad. Parkplatz direkt an der Unterkunft. Umzäunte Terrasse, ideal mit Hund. Von der Terrasse Blick ins Grüne. Die Vermieter sehr freundlich. Wohnung sehr sauber und gepflegt. Cons: Wohnung liegt direkt an der Hauptverkehrsstraße, Innenräume nicht barrierefrei, da mehrere Ebenen.
