Modern, beautiful, comfortable apartment block "White Stones", 3 storeys, built in 2021. In the resort Torremolinos 900m Playa de la Carihuela, in a quiet, sunny position, 900 m from the sea, from the beach. For shared use: swimming pool (seasonal availability: 15.Mar. - 30.Sep.). Shower/WC in the pool area. In the house: lift. Supermarket, bus stop, railway station 400 m. Sports harbour, marina, sailing school 900 m. Nearby attractions: Puerto Marina 900 m, Sea Life 900 m, Selwoo Marina 2 km, Aeropuerto de Malaga 11 km, Marbella 45 km, Centro Torremolinos 2.5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. The complex has a paddle court. Groups of young people are not accepted. Children under fourteen years of age are not allowed in the swimming pool unaccompanied by adults.

Thank you for your review. We are pleased that the apartment met your needs. We are sorry that we do not have any authority to rectify public usage of public spaces regarding dog walkers. We can only hope that with time, people will be more responsible with their animals' waste. A new park was inaugurated by the city council a few months ago in front of the building and it is very nice. We encourage guests to discover its beauty.

Toffe mooie nieuwe accomodatie, perfecte airconditioning, jammer dat we de douche van de hoofd slaapkamer niet mochten gebruiken ivm doorlekken naar de onderburen.
