The home sits on a corner lot, directly across from the community pool . Enjoy an open-concept layout, two spacious primary suites with private baths, and private front and back patios perfect for relaxing in the desert air. With high-speed internet, two dedicated workstations, and a garage, it’s an ideal retreat for both vacation stays and remote work.
No parking on the street, which is strictly enforced.
No music outside due to the proximity to golfers on the golf course.

Please park in the garage with the door closed at all times.

Garbage day is Monday, please pull all 3 cans to the street [SUNDAY night]
