The space
This 2br/2ba condo comfortably sleeps 6 and boasts a new, plush king bed, 2 new comfortable twin beds and a memory foam queen sofa-sleeper. The gourmet kitchen features high-end appliances: dishwasher, full fridge/freezer, stove & oven, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, crock pock, blender, electric mixer, knife block + the essentials for baking, grilling, serving and storing meals. After creating memories during the day, cozy up to watch a family movie or your favorite sports team on the new, 65” flat screen 4K HD Smart TV. Flat screen TV’s are also featured in each bedroom. The sun-soaked living room is tastefully decorated with a large leather sofa sleeper, comfortable recliner, 65” Smart TV, desk for the computer & dining room table (expands to seat 6). The lanai features 4 comfortable chairs + dining table.

Your private lanai is the perfect sanctuary to observe dolphins at play, enjoy morning coffee, watch breathtaking sunsets, play games and share meals with family + friends.

Additional condo favorites: Large heated pool, shuffleboard court, (3) gas grills, well-lit + on-site laundry facility, picnic tables, ample pool-side loungers + tables + chairs, & additional loungers lining the beach.
