The "Haus am Strand 3" holiday rental is located in Zingst at Rämel 27 and can accommodate up to 6 people, with a sauna. <br>Your holiday rental features a very well-designed layout, measures 66 m², and is a duplex apartment with a large balcony.<br><br>Your accommodation was furnished by an interior designer.<br>Your holiday rental has 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, and a large living/dining room with a kitchen.<br>You can hang your coat in the hallway. <br>The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower.<br>When the weather is bad, you can relax in the barrel sauna and simply unwind while your children play on a PlayStation with various games (football, car racing, Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, etc.) available in the apartment or read a book. <br><br>In this very stylish apartment building, which has 5 units, there is a washing machine in the storage room that guests are welcome to use.<br><br>The bright and inviting living/dining area with an adjoining balcony is perfect for spending time with friends and family. <br><br>One bedroom is equipped with a TV to cater to a variety of viewing preferences. The master bedroom features a double bed for a restful night’s sleep, and the children’s room has two single beds (90x200 cm).<br>There is an option for an extra bed in the living room, where you can use the hotel’s extra bed (160x200 cm) with a mattress.<br><br>Most of the time, however, you’ll surely want to enjoy our white, fine-sand beach. In addition to its 2 bedrooms and large living area, it also has 2 private terraces and direct access to the garden. Here, the whole family can relax and has plenty of space to spread out. <br><br>Also on the ground floor is the small but charming one-room apartment with a terrace and a separate entrance.
