Welcome to your Newport Beach getaway! Just a 2-minute walk to the sand, this clean and welcoming surfside bungalow combines classic beach living with a few hard-to-find Peninsula perks—including air conditioning and private garage parking.

The home features two comfortable bedrooms, including a king bedroom and a fun bunk-bed setup, along with two beautiful bathrooms and an outdoor shower that's perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

And yes—we have A/C! Air conditioning can be surprisingly hard to find on the Newport Peninsula, and you'll love being able to come home to a cool, comfortable space after a sunny summer day.

We've also stocked the garage with plenty of beach-day essentials, including wetsuits, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, and bikes, so you can spend less time packing and more time enjoying Newport.

A private garage parking space is included with your stay. The garage entrance has approximately 80 inches (6'8") of clearance, so please verify your vehicle's height before arrival, particularly if you have a roof rack, cargo box, or lifted vehicle.

When you're not at the beach, walk or bike around the neighborhood, grab groceries nearby, or fire up the grill and enjoy dinner on the patio on a beautiful California evening.

This is a very nice complex. Very clean and a just a few blocks from the beach. There is a garage you share with an owner. We enjoyed the time spent in newport.

Just a few things to make the stay better for future guests. 2 of 3 bike tires were flat, one outdoor chair had a broken arm, didn’t know we only got one garage parking space, didn’t know there were 2 units in the home, didn’t know the garage code was different than door code until we called, couldn’t light the grill, needs better shampoo and added conditioner, received different check out information via email than what was shown online - sorry we didn’t follow it as we didn’t check email.The rest was lovely and we especially enjoyed the discounted last minute additional night.

What a great, too brief trip. Arrived around 7 PM in our car after a lengthy drive. Opened the garage and found adequate space for our Tesla Model X. Shuffled all our things into the house pleasantly sized and very clean house capable of hosting 4-5 people. The refigerator quickly cooled down our drinks, the TV played one of our favorite shows, and the nearby pizza place made sure we didn't go hungry.The day at the beach was great with all the beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, and beach towels. Fortunately we had brought our wagon making transportation to the beach that was 5 minutes away super easy.Having access to a washer and drier meant we didn't have to pack up salt water clothes for the trip home.While the home owners(?) live above, we only heard very modest amount of noise during the day time and not much else. The neighborhood was quiet and we all slept really great.Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Great stay overall. The place felt newly remodeled and looked like new inside. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The biggest highlight was the private garage parking, which made a huge difference since parking near the beach is usually tough.It’s also about a block from the beach, which was super convenient. There’s a nice outdoor patio with a table and grill, and we liked the kitchen window that opens up for fresh air.A few things to keep in mind: this is a two-story unit and we stayed downstairs, so you can hear some noise from upstairs when people are walking around. It’s also right off a main road, so there can be some traffic noise at night. The AC is a bit loud, but it cools the space well, and the area is naturally a bit humid being so close to the beach.Overall, a very comfortable and convenient stay, and we’d definitely come back next time we’re in Southern California.

This is a great property and would definitely book again. Easy walk to the beach (and comes with beach chairs, umbrella, etc.) and close to restaurants and grocery store. We rented bikes and never used the car once while we were there.
