A spacious living area seats 4 people; a large flat-screen TV (125 cm) is also available here, along with a Bose soundbar.
From the kitchen and dining area, you have access to the sunroom, which features a beach chair and additional seating.
The lower bathroom features a modern and exclusive design and includes a large glass shower stall with a floor drain (no step), a wall-mounted toilet, and a sink with an illuminated mirror.
The open staircase leads to the ground floor, where you’ll find a separate living room with a sofa area (which can also be used as a sleeper sofa for 2 people) and a flat-screen TV. From here, you have access to another separate bedroom with a double bed (one mattress, 154 cm) and a flat-screen TV, as well as a window that opens.

There is also another modern bathroom here with a glass shower stall, wall-mounted toilet, illuminated mirror, and elaborate wall design.

The attic can be used as a relaxation and “chill-out” area—comfortable and modern beanbag chairs are available here.

The entire house is equipped with underfloor heating.

No smoking. Wi-Fi available.

A cot and high chair are also available.

If this is not possible for you or if you have questions about your desired travel dates, please contact us in advance using the non-binding enquiry form. We’d be happy to work with you to find a suitable time frame or suggest alternative rental properties from our portfolio.

Bed linens (12 €/person) and towels (8 €/person) are available for rent. Please let us know after completing your booking so that we can bill you separately and ensure the bed linens and/or towels are ready for you before your arrival.
