A very modern, bright, and comfortably furnished holiday apartment on the 7th floor with a great view of the Baltic Sea.

The apartment features a balcony and is fitted with wood-look linoleum flooring. The living area includes a three-seater sofa and two recliners, an LCD TV, a stereo system, and a dining area right by the window.

The bright kitchen features a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, oven at a comfortable working height, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.

The sleeping area is equipped with a wardrobe and two single beds.

The separate children’s room has a bunk bed.

If this isn’t possible for you or if you have questions about your desired travel dates, please contact us in advance using the non-binding enquiry form. We’d be happy to work with you to find a suitable time frame or suggest alternative rental properties from our portfolio.

Bed linens (€12 per person) and towels (€8 per person) are available for rent. Please let us know after completing your booking so that we can bill you separately and ensure the bed linens and/or towels are ready for you before your arrival.

Resort:

The resort consists of 16 interconnected buildings arranged in a circle.
Inside, you’ll find many different holiday apartments, each individually furnished by their respective owners.
All floors in the buildings are conveniently accessible via lifts.
The sandy beach, located approximately 500 metres away, is barrier-free and can be safely reached through the resort’s pedestrian zone.
On the way there—and thus closer to your accommodation—you’ll find bakeries, restaurants, ice cream shops, and various stores.

Leisure activities include, among others:
- Swimming, sunbathing, and playing on the over 4-kilometer-long sandy beach with an adventure pier
- Water sports such as deep-sea fishing (harbour: 2.3 km away), sailing, windsurfing, SUP, and kitesurfing (Heiligenhafen Water Sports Centre: 1.4 km away)
- Athletic activities such as hiking, jogging, skating, and biking (Pit’s Bike and Scooter Rental: right at the holiday park)
- Flying kites and running around on the huge kite field towards the beach
- Walks along the nearby cliffs
- Mini-golf at the Dünengolf course
- Let the little ones burn off energy at the various playgrounds in the holiday centre and around the inland lake
- Wellness & Beauty at the “Aktiv-Hus-Spa” with an exercise pool, sauna, massages, etc., right at the holiday park

Doctors & REHAB, Sports
The rehab centre, located 300 metres away, the local bath specialists and medical specialists, and the proximity to the nearest hospital as well as dialysis services (Oldenburg i.H.: 12 km away) offer an excellent infrastructure for your outpatient spa stay.

Parking
There is a large car park at the rear of the holiday park. Here you can park your vehicle for an extended period free of charge. The spaces are marked according to the house numbers, but you are free to choose any available spot. In front of the houses, you’ll find a short-term parking area (30 minutes) for loading and unloading.
