A beautiful and very harmoniously furnished vacation apartment with wood-look PVC flooring on the 4th floor and a sunny balcony facing southeast.
You’ll enjoy a view of the expansive fields of Heiligenhafen.

The living room is equipped with an L-shaped couch, a large LCD TV (~108 cm), a Blu-ray player, and a micro stereo system with a CD player.
The cozy dining area is located at the back of the living room.

The sleeping area—with a double bed measuring 82x90/200 cm—is separated from the living area by a curtain.
Children’s room with a bunk bed, PlayStation, and an additional LCD TV.

Kitchen with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, and combination microwave.

Bathroom with shower and toilet.

Bed linens (€12 per person) and towels (€8 per person) are available for rent. Please let us know after completing your booking so we can add these charges and ensure the bed linens and/or towels are ready for you before your arrival.

Resort:

The resort consists of 16 connected buildings arranged in a circle.
Inside, you’ll find many different vacation apartments, each individually furnished by their respective owners.
All floors in the buildings are conveniently accessible via elevators.
The sandy beach, located approximately 500 meters away, is barrier-free and can be safely reached through the resort’s pedestrian zone.
On the way there—and thus closer to your accommodations—you’ll find bakeries, restaurants, ice cream shops, and various stores.

Leisure activities include, among others:
– swimming, sunbathing, and playing on the over 4-kilometer-long sandy beach with its adventure pier
- Water sports such as deep-sea fishing (harbor: 2.3 km away), sailing, windsurfing, SUP, and kitesurfing (Heiligenhafen Water Sports Center: 1.4 km away)
- Athletic activities such as hiking, jogging, skating, and biking (Pit’s Bike and Scooter Rental: right at the vacation park)
- Flying kites and running around on the huge kite field toward the beach
- Walks along the nearby cliffs
- Mini-golf at the Dünengolf course
- Let the little ones burn off energy at the various playgrounds in the vacation center and around the inland lake
- Wellness & Beauty at the “Aktiv-Hus-Spa” with an exercise pool, sauna, massages, etc., right at the vacation park

Doctors & REHABILITATION, Sports
The rehabilitation center, located 300 meters away, the local physicians and specialists, and the proximity to the nearest hospital as well as dialysis services (Oldenburg i.H.: 12 km away) offer excellent infrastructure for your outpatient spa stay.

Parking
There is a large parking lot at the rear of the vacation park. Here you can park your vehicle for an extended period free of charge. The spaces are marked according to the house numbers, but you are free to choose any available spot. In front of the houses, you’ll find a short-term parking area (30 minutes) for loading and unloading.
