This vacation rental features a spacious living room with a long window front and can accommodate up to 3 people (sofa bed).

The cozy sitting area, with a two-seater sofa and a comfortable armchair, invites you to relax and daydream, offering an excellent view of the large LED TV. CD and DVD players are also available.

You can prepare meals in the open kitchenette, which features a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, combination microwave-oven, and standard kitchen appliances.

Adjacent to the living area and separable by a curtain, you’ll find the sleeping area with a double bed (2 x 80*200).

The apartment features a spacious hallway with a large closet, as well as a bathroom with a toilet and shower (shower stall, low threshold).

Free use of the washing machine is available!

Free parking is available in the immediate vicinity of the rental property.

Bed linens (12 € per person) and towels (8 € per person) are available for rent. Please let us know after completing your booking so that we can charge you separately and ensure the bed linens and/or towels are ready for you before your arrival.

Resort:

The resort consists of 16 interconnected buildings arranged in a circle.
Inside, you’ll find many different vacation apartments, each individually furnished by their respective owners.
All floors in the buildings are easily accessible via elevators.
The sandy beach, located approximately 500 meters away, is barrier-free and can be safely reached through the resort’s pedestrian zone.
On the way there—and thus in the immediate vicinity of your accommodations—you’ll find bakeries, restaurants, ice cream shops, and various stores.

Leisure activities include, among others:
— swimming, sunbathing, and playing on the over 4-kilometer-long sandy beach with its adventure pier
— water sports such as deep-sea fishing (harbor: 2.3 km away), sailing, windsurfing, stand-up paddleboarding, and kitesurfing (Heiligenhafen Water Sports Center: 1.4 km away)
- athletic activities such as hiking, jogging, skating, and biking (Pit’s Bike and Scooter Rental: right at the vacation park)

The rehabilitation center, located 300 meters away, the local spa doctors and specialists, and the proximity to the nearest hospital as well as dialysis services (Oldenburg i.H.: 12 km away) offer an excellent infrastructure for your outpatient spa stay.

Parking
There is a large parking lot at the rear of the vacation park. Here you can park your vehicle for an extended period free of charge. The spaces are marked according to the house numbers, but you are free to choose any available spot. In front of the houses, you’ll find a short-term parking area (30 minutes) for loading and unloading.
