This wonderful apartment is located on the 3rd floor and can accommodate 3 people—it offers a great view to the west towards the salt marshes

The bright entryway provides ample space for your coats.

From the entryway, you have direct access to the bathroom.
The bathroom is equipped with a toilet and a shower (shower stall with a high threshold).

In the adjacent living area, you can relax on a comfortable sofa set. An LED TV (80 cm diameter), a DVD player, and a stereo system with a CD player are available.

The dining area is located right by the window. From there, you have a direct view of the salt marshes stretching out towards the Baltic Sea. A

Also adjoining the living area is the open master bedroom, which can be separated by a curtain. You can sleep soundly and dream in the double bed (2 x 90 x 200).

The children’s room, separated from the living area by a door, features a single bed. You can darken the children’s room by closing the curtain at the window. An infrared heater warms this area on cooler days.

A high chair and travel cot are also provided in the holiday rental.

The kitchen, which opens onto the living area, is equipped with all the essentials. Sufficient cutlery, dishes, etc., are of course provided. Also included: a filter coffee maker and a Petra capsule machine, a kettle, a microwave, and an induction cooktop (3 burners).

Free parking is available in the immediate vicinity of the rental property.

Bed linens (12 € per person) and towels (8 € per person) are available for rent. Please let us know after completing your booking so that we can bill you separately and ensure the bed linens and/or towels are ready for you before your arrival.

Complex:

The holiday complex consists of 16 connected buildings arranged in a circle.
Within these buildings, you’ll find many different holiday apartments, each individually furnished by their respective owners.
All floors in the buildings are easily accessible via lifts.
The sandy beach, located approximately 500 metres away, is barrier-free and can be safely reached through the resort’s pedestrian zone.
Along the way—and thus in the immediate vicinity of your accommodation—you’ll find bakeries, restaurants, ice cream shops, and various stores.

Leisure activities include, among others:
— swimming, sunbathing, and playing on the over 4-kilometer-long sandy beach with its adventure pier
— water sports such as deep-sea fishing (harbour: 2.3 km away), sailing, windsurfing, stand-up paddleboarding, and kitesurfing (Heiligenhafen Water Sports Centre: 1.4 km away)
