This barrier-free two-room apartment is a true haven of comfort spanning 53 m² and accommodates up to three people. Generous floor-to-ceiling windows flood the living area with natural light, creating a bright, inviting atmosphere all day long. The open-concept living area invites you to relax and can be converted into a comfortable sleeping area (1.20 × 1.90 m) in no time at all. The stylish dining area, which seats up to four people, flows seamlessly into the modern kitchen—perfect for enjoying culinary delights even while on holiday. From the living room, you step out onto the spacious terrace with cosy lounge furniture, ideal for sunny mornings or relaxing evenings in the fresh air. The quietly located bedroom, featuring a high-quality box spring bed (1.80 m wide) and a spacious closet, promises restful nights. The holiday experience is rounded out by the modern bathroom with a spacious, walk-in shower, illuminated mirror, and heated towel rack—for relaxing moments of well-being right from the start.
