On the first floor, you’ll find a comfortable king bedroom, a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a welcoming dining area perfect for shared meals after a day at the beach. Step outside onto the large balcony, where you can take in the beautiful landscaped views of the Gulf, making it an ideal spot to relax with your morning coffee, enjoy a sunset, or simply soak in the coastal breeze.



As you ascend to the second floor, you’re first greeted by the stunning gulf-front master suite. This room offers incredible views and features a private balcony, perfect for enjoying those peaceful morning cups of coffee or watching the evening sunset from the comfort of your bed. Just down the hall, you’ll find another king bedroom, offering a quiet and comfortable space for additional guests.



The third floor is truly a bunk room dream. Designed with cozy beach-house charm, it features one king bed and three twin beds, making it the perfect hangout for kids, teens, or extra guests. The space offers fun, relaxed vibes that make it ideal for late-night conversations, movie nights, or simply unwinding after a day in the sun.



Outside, guests can enjoy direct beach access, making it easy to spend the day on the sand and in the surf. The home also includes a convenient covered outdoor area with an outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after the beach, along with plenty of space underneath to relax, store beach gear, or enjoy outdoor activities.
