Our Justin holiday rental is 42 square metres and is located on the top floor, offering a view of the mountain that you can enjoy from the balcony.
The apartment was newly renovated in 2022.
It features a cosy living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a sleeper sofa (suitable for a third person for an additional fee), a separate bedroom, shower/toilet, LED satellite TV, a balcony, and Wi-Fi.
Bedding and towels are included.
Free parking is available across the street from the house and is open to everyone. Bicycles can be stored in the garage.
All of our holiday apartments are non-smoking.

Welcome to Haus Avallon.
We built our house in 2010; it features the Finn holiday rental (basement) and the Justin holiday rental (attic).
It is located on the beautiful sunny side of Cochem, on a traffic-calmed street in Ober-Cond.

Free parking is available behind the house or in public lots across the street.
There is storage space for your bicycles in the garage.
The bus stop is just a few metres from the house, so you can easily reach the train station
or the city centre.
Starting in April, you’ll receive a guest ticket upon arrival, which allows you to use all buses and trains on the local public transit system (ÖPNV/SPNV) throughout the VRM region free of charge during your stay. Discounts are also available at attractions and local businesses.
In about 20 minutes on foot, you’ll reach the city centre of Cochem, with its cosy restaurants, cafés, taverns, and wine bars. Charming boutiques and small shops invite you to browse and shop.
On the way there, you’ll enjoy a spectacular view of the Reichsburg and the Moselle.
