Wohnung ist von der Lage her ideal ( Zentrums - und Bahnhofnähe) und sehr gemütlich,. Das Einzige was ein bisschen störend ist dass der Treppenaufgang extrem nach kaltem Zigarettenrauch riecht - werda darf man nicht empfindlich sein . Auch die Schlüsselübergabe mit Tresor hat perfekt geklappt - nicht üblich .Ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen .

Das Bad war nicht sehr schön , vor allem Stößt man sich beim reingehen öfter mal .Weil die Tür wegen der Heizung nicht weit genug auf geht . Vielleicht sollte man beim nächsten Renovieren (was meiner Meinung nach bald fällig ist ) für einen handtuchhalter als Heizung entscheiden .

Die Wohnung ist, was Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer betrifft, sehr schön. Das Bad ist es weniger. Die Dusche ist zu klein, aber auf Grund des vorhandenen Raumes nicht anders möglich. Die Wasserhähne in Dusche und am Waschbecken sind gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Lampe im Schlafzimmer sollte einmal gereinigt werden. Auch die Treppe vom 1. in den 2. Stock sollte gereinigt werden.
