We are a family of five and was amazed by all the thoughtful things the host had available for us to use. It was very well thought of and it was so convenient forour family. The condo had a whole closet filled of chairs, umbrellas, kid sand toys/buckets, water football, noodles, rafts, and coolers, and umbrellas and bags and even sunscreen. That alone was great! They also supplied you with a full kitchen which we used quite a bit and the fridge already had ice ready for use with ice packs ready for your cooler. The beach was in walking distance and just know you have to put your chairs in front of the property line which was fine. The pool was nice. The only thing is maybe bring a can of bug spray as they had little bugs that would bite. There is no hot tub which may have been listed. They do have laundry accessible on the first floor but make sure you bring quarters because there is no change maker and the cost to do a load is 1.50. The showers in the main room also had a hair dryer and also body wash and shampoo and conditioner which was nice. My kids had their own room and the fan didn’t work that well so maybe use the box fan in closet. The trolley is just a block from the place which was nice. So do use that to go down town. There is a bunch of places In walking distance to eat and ice cream and a market. Overall this place was exactly what we wanted.
