The top floor is where you'll truly relax, with a bright and airy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a half bath. Step out onto the balcony to enjoy stunning ocean views, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure.
For added convenience, the Outer Banks Mall is just a quarter mile away, offering a variety of restaurants, retail shops, and grocery options. The Nags Head Golf Links is also just a short mile away for those looking to hit the links.
Ground Level: Parking for 2 Vehicle in Private Carport, Covered Entry, Outdoor Shower, and Community Pool (Open May 1- October 1 tentatively). Mid Level: 2 Bedrooms (Private Suite w/King, TV, Full Bath, Private Balcony; Private Suite w/2 Singles, TV, Full Bath), and Laundry Area.
Top Level: Bright and Airy Living Area, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Dining Area, Balcony w/Stunning Ocean Views, and Half Bath.
Features include: C/AC-Heat, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Wireless Internet, TVs, Balcony Furniture, and Ceiling Fans.
No Smoking Allowed.

Linens and towels can be provided for a fee of $100
$69 Damage Waiver in sub-total is the premium for an accidental tenant damage insurance policy that covers up to $3000.
