This waterfront stunner delivers a vacation experience unlike any other, fully refreshed in 2024 with brand-new furnishings, stylish décor, and modern amenities—all designed to provide the perfect blend of comfort and luxury.

Spacious 5-bedroom, 6-bathroom retreat that has a standard occupancy of 10 guests, with room to accommodate up to 3 additional guests—perfect for large families or groups looking to relax together in style.

Inside, enjoy stunning waterfront views and an open floor plan. The chef’s kitchen boasts brand-new appliances, Cambria countertops, and a breakfast nook. The first floor includes an office, four bedrooms with TVs, and all-new bathrooms featuring floor-to-ceiling tile and walk-in showers. The living room has a large TV and sliding doors that open to the oversized lanai, with two bedrooms also offering direct lanai access.

The second floor is built for luxury and entertainment. Watch movies and sports or play xbox and nintendo in the theatre room with the 100-inch screen, Xbox Series X, Nintendo Switch, popcorn machine and bar, or head to the game room with Ms. Pac-Man, Batman pinball, Classic Arcade station, roulette and a card table. The 1,000 sq. ft. master suite features a spa-style double shower, soaking tub, TV, private balcony, and its own fitness area with a Peloton bike and treadmill.
