Welcome to the Opalite condominium, proudly managed by North American Standard (Nasplaya). Conveniently located in the Opal condominiums in the center of Playa del Carmen. This comfortable unit has 2 bedrooms, two bathrooms, perfect for a family or two couples looking to enjoy Playa del Carmen. You will be able to start your morning with a coffee on your terrace or in your gym. Additionally, you will be able to spend the day relaxing by the pool.
The Opal condominiums are located on 38th Street and 20th Avenue, close enough to points of interest but far enough from the noise. This condominium is a good place to be able to rest. Additionally, it is very close to the most popular restaurants.
From the moment of your reservation, our concierge can help you start planning your trip with activities ranging from diving to scheduling the most spectacular amusement parks of Xcaret group, or the Mayan ruins of Chichen-Itza, Tulum, and Cobá. Among the additional concierge services, we can also stock your refrigerator with supplies before your arrival, dance classes, babysitting service, and many others.
MONTHLY PRICE:
- Long-term rentals: More electricity. (Price per KW between $3 to $8 MXN)
- We require a security deposit of $1,000 USD refundable up to 7 business days.
