The house is located in a dead end street and is surrounded by nature. The living space has 5 bedrooms, 2 of which have private bathrooms upstairs. It is spacious, air-conditioned and equipped with all necessary household appliances.

In the courtyard ??there is a salt water pool and a spacious sundeck where you have absolute privacy. The terrace is covered and has a fireplace/grill where you can prepare delicious barbecue dishes.

The beach is a few minutes away by car or about 15 minutes on foot. It offers various facilities such as beach bars, sports fields and a children's playground. Also, don't miss a visit to Brijuni Park, which you can reach by boat from Fa?ana.

Visit ancient Pula with famous historical sights as well as Rovinj, Pore?, Rabac and the small towns of the interior of Istria.
