You're 9 minutes from downtown Waynesville, 33 from Great Smoky Mountains National Park, and 35 from downtown Asheville.

The open-concept main level opens with a chef's kitchen, stainless steel appliances, and a coffee bar, flowing into a lounge with a Smart TV and fireplace. Step outside to two expansive decks with a fire table, ample seating, and a hot tub overlooking panoramic mountain views.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
The home spans three levels, with four bedrooms arranged for privacy and comfort. Each pairs with convenient bathroom access.
- Lower level primary: king bed, plush carpet, fireplace, direct access to the hot tub. Shares an ensuite bath (shower/tub combo) with the kids' room.
- Lower level kids' room: twin-over-queen bunk, Smart TV with Nintendo Switch, adjacent full bath with shower/tub combo.
- Main floor: queen bedroom with ensuite bath, bright vanity, walk-in shower, and direct yard access.
- Top floor: king suite with vaulted ceilings, dresser, comfy chair, and large windows with forest views. Ensuite bath with a walk-in shower, blue tilework, and an anti-fog mirror.

Three full baths mean everyone gets privacy, whether it's a quick rinse after a hike or a long shower at the end of the day.

THE OUTDOORS
Breathe in the crisp mountain air and take in sweeping views from both decks. The upper deck works for outdoor dining or morning coffee. The lower deck holds the six-person hot tub under the stars. Gather around the fire table in the evenings and let the Blue Ridge Mountains surround you.

GOOD TO KNOW
- Trash pickup runs every Wednesday evening.
- Ladybug season runs October through November. Homes get monthly pest control, so it's normal to see a few indoors during this window. A quick sweep handles it.
- A signed rental agreement is required at booking confirmation.
- The cabin has water, electricity, and Wi-Fi throughout. Local cell coverage can be unreliable, so download maps and directions before your trip.
- We don't refund for circumstances outside our control, such as weather, natural disasters, or power outages. Your visit supports local cafes, shops, and restaurants.

Beautiful getaway

We have a wonderful time here. The house is beautiful and has amazing views. We enjoyed our stay, including making meals, playing games, enjoying the hot tub and going into town and on a hike. The owner was very responsive to questions and provided all the information we needed.
