Strand-Distel

Super gepflegt und sehr gute Aufteilung der Räume. Das erste Bett in einer Ferienwohnung das man als sehr gut bezeichnen kann. Ausreichende Länge für meine 1.92 m, gute Matratze und ebensolcher Zudeck.

Gut ausgestattete Wohnung zentral gelegen mit kleiner eigenen Terrasse, vor allen Fenstern Insektenschutz. Fahrräder sehr gut in großer Garage untergebracht , Pkw- Parkplatz direkt an der Wohnung. Einziges Manko: KEIN WLAN.

Urlaub mit Enkeln

Die Ferienwohnung ist zentral gelegen, der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Gaststätten, Bäcker, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, vor allem die kleine Terrasse mit den Gartenmöbeln haben wir gern genutzt.

Schöne Wohnung in idealer Lage

Wir haben einen tollen Sommerurlaub 2013 in dieser schönen Wohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig, aber dennoch in unmittelbarer Nähe der schönen Fußgängerzone. Auch Supermärkte, Strand un Hafen sind in ca. 10 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Die geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung (entspricht absolut dem Inserat) ist sauber und gepflegt; für die Selbstversorgung sind alle Utensilien ausreichend vorhanden. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer ist sehr bequem und kann von 1-2 Personen als vollständiges Bett genutzt werden. Besonders gefallen hat uns auch die seitlich angelegte und überdachte Terrasse; auf der wir die Abendsonne genießen konnten. Genial ist auch der Insektenschutz an allen Fenstern (mückenfreie Zone) !!! Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr freundlich; die Betreuung durch den ortsansässigen Hausmeisterserive optimal. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und waren bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal dort. Herzlichen Dank an den Vermieter.

2/10 Terrible

Kein Preisleistungsverhältnis

Das Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt für dieses Studio nicht. Wir haben 5 tagelang den Backofen gesucht, leider nicht gefunden. Badezimmer ist Renovierungsbedürftig. Der Kühlschrank ist laut, der Wasserhahn tropft, mußte mir Ohrenstöpsel, da Küche und Schlafen ein Raum ist. Die Sitzmöbel sind einfache Gartenmöbel, sehr unbequem. Die Klappstühle auf dem Balkon auch unbequem. Unserer Meinung nach, viel zu teuer. Die Vermieterin ist da leider anderer Meinung, nach ihrer Aussage ist die Wohnung TIPTOP.

alles sehr sauber und funktionstüchtig. tolle Möbel super die Waschmaschine würde es jedem weiterempfehlen besuchen sie das Restaurant Kranichsrast- tolles Essen Vermieter sind ehrlich und sehr kooperativ
