The 'Villa Margarita' in Benisa in eastern Spain, on the Mediterranean coast. With a charming Spanish façade, this makes for the ideal vacation spot.
The villa is 52m² in size and consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a washing machine, and air conditioning.
The outdoor space is private and encompasses a pool and an outdoor shower, as well as a partially covered terrace with garden furniture and a grill. There is also a garden.
The Cala de la Fustera beach is just 3 minutes away by car or 12 minutes on foot (800 m). A nearby restaurant, as well as a supermarket and a bar are all just 6 minutes away on foot (530 m). A café can be reached in a minute's driving distance (18 km).
The Alicante Airport is an hour away (82 km).
Two parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are not permitted. Smoking is permitted on the property. A crib and a bed are available, while a highchair can be provided upon request.
Bed linens are included in the price while towels are not provided.
