Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad you appreciated the room, cleanliness, privacy, convenient location, and had a positive experience with your roommate. However, I would like to clarify one point regarding your comment about communication and professionalism. I am a remote host based in California and was not physically present during your stay in New York. In fact, my only direct communication with you throughout your entire 30-day reservation was one message providing the standard check-in instructions, the same instructions I send to every guest. At no point during your stay did you contact me to express any concerns or difficulties regarding communication or professionalism. Had you done so, I would have been more than happy to address them. For this reason, I am genuinely surprised by this particular criticism, as it does not reflect the actual communication that took place during your reservation. After the check-in instructions were provided, you never contacted me by phone or message with any questions, concerns, or requests for assistance throughout your 30-day stay. I believe guest feedback should accurately reflect the actual experience. Had any concerns been brought to my attention during your stay, I would have gladly welcomed the opportunity to address them.
