Tolle Ferienwohnung zum Wohlfühlen! In der Küche ist wirklich alles vorhanden, großartig. Es gibt ein riesiges Bad, ein schönes Wohnzimmer, eine große Dachterrasse, einen Parkplatz vor der Tür, Fahrräder verfügbar - wir konnten unsere eigenen im Schuppen einschließen. Es war wirklich alles vortrefflich - es gab sogar frische Eier und Gurken und Äpfel aus dem Garten für uns. Danke :-D! Die Lage am Kreisel hat uns nicht gestört, bei offenem Fenster haben wir zum Ausschlafen Ohrenstöpsel benutzt, aber soo viel Verkehr herrscht in der Gegend nicht. Der Strand ist nah. Die Gegend eignet sich zum Abschalten und die Natur genießen. Diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sehr nah.

Osterferien in Ueckermünde

Es war unser zweiter Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung Sophie und wie der erste hat es uns sehr gut gefallen und wir waren sehr zufrieden. Vom Vermieter haben wir zu Urlaubsbeginn frische Eier und frisches Obst hingestellt bekommen, die Ferienwohnung war in einem guten und ordentlichen Zustand. Einziges Manko waren eine Vielzahl an Marienkäfern, die aufgrund der Wärme aus den Balken kamen. Vielleicht ist dort ein Nest oder ähnliches. Für Lärmempfindliche Menschen könnte die Lage am Kreisel ein Manko sein, aber für uns war es nicht zu laut. Es gibt direkt in der Nähe Supermarkte und ein DM, die Stadt erreicht man mit Auto in 5 Minuten, es gibt aber auch Fahrräder, die gut in Schuss sind. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen bestimmt auch ein drittes Mal!

Sehr netter Vermieter. Konnten schon viel früher die Wohnung beziehen. Die Lage zum Strandbad war optimal, ca.5 bis 10min mit dem Fahrrad. Die Wohnung ist mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Unser Vermieter versorgte uns mit Tomaten und Gurken aus dem eigenen Garten. Die Wohnung ist mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Wir waren 2 Erwachsene und können die Wohnung weiter empfehlen,auch mit Kindern.

Strandnahe, super ausgestattete Wohnung

Für die Lage nur deswegen 3 Punkte, da es ab 7 Uhr verkehrsbedingt etwas lauter wird. 4 sehr gute Fahrräder standen uns zur Verfügung. Selbst Seife und Waschmittel sowie Airfryer, Eierkocher u.vm waren vorhanden. Vielen Dank und beste Grüße

urig und modern

Uns erwartete eine sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung, bei der kaum Wünsche übrig blieben (incl frischer Eier und Saft im Kühlschrank und selbst geernteter Gurken auf dem Tisch!) und ein wirklich SEHR hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Die Gegend ist wunderschön und sehr gut zum Radfahren geeignet, der Sandstrand sauber. Einziges kleines Problem: der Schlafraum unterm Dach war zum Teil recht warm und die Lage direkt am Kreisverkehr vor allem morgens bissel gewöhnungsbedürftig...

Geheimtipp zum guten Preis

Wir haben kurzfristig für einige Tage gebucht und der Preis sowie die Bilder hatten uns zunächst überzeugt. Die Buchung war unproblematisch und die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war sehr freundlich. Herr Hoche ist ein sehr angenehmer Gesprächspartner und sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Die Ferienwohnung ist neu renoviert und mit wirklich allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Ein großes Bett in unteren Geschoss und überraschend gemütliche Betten auf Europaletten im Obergeschoss (Art Maisonette) bieten ausreichend Platz für vier Personen. Für unseren kleinsten (½) gab es einen Hochstuhl mit angebrachten Tablett sowie Geschirr für den großen (3). Eine Packung Bioeier gab es aufs Haus. Für Raucher oder die frische Luft gibt es einen Balkon mit Sitzmöglichkeiten. Internet ist in guter Geschwindigkeit vorhanden. Die Lage ist sehr gut und lohnt sicher vor allem im Sommer, da der Haffstrand fußläufig erreichbar ist. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenso fußläufig erreichbar. Eine klare Empfehlung für Herrn Hoche und seine Ferienwohnung!
