Two split bedrooms offer sweeping cruise ship style views and full sliding doors to take advantage of the glorious mild Florida winter temperatures. Modern renovations offer convenience and luxurious style with marble countertops and hardwood floors throughout. All appliances and mechanical systems are new, the kitchen is fully stocked with all the amenities to support the modern chef.

We are a local Orlando family who adore the wonderful outdoor lifestyle offered by the Sunshine state. We primarily use our home during the summer months so we are excited to offer the joy of these spectacular views and weather while we are busy with our normal day to day schedule during the winter months.

Why they chose this property

We loved Stuart because of the year round clear waters and mild water temperatures. The proximity to the gulf stream was also a big draw as we all love to fish and being able to get to the big game quickly means a shorter commute to the fish we love! Sunshine Escape really appealed to us because it offers the sunset views and peaceful expansive river views and quick boat access while still offering beach access.

What makes this property unique

Our condo has been completely and thoughtfully renovated with the views highlighted. All of the finishes are high end so you feel like you are in top luxury. We also maximized storage through thoughtful use of built-in storage to make the space seem tidy and efficient.
