Schlafzimmer im UG grenzwertig. Sehr modrig und feucht. Matratzen total durchgelegen. Schimmelbildung an den Decken, auch im Badezimmer. Handtücher im Badezimmer konnten nie trocknen. Wohn- und Essbereich im EG sehr schön und zweckmässig.
