This bright 2-room holiday apartment (60 square metres) is located on the ground floor and boasts a wonderful, quiet location in Westerland; it can accommodate up to 2 people. A small hallway leads to the bright living room, which features a sofa and a flat-screen TV. The adjoining open-concept kitchen and dining area is perfect for cooking together, enjoying a meal, and relaxing. The kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a ceramic cooktop, coffee maker, toaster, oven, and dishwasher. From the dining table, you’ll enjoy an idyllic view of the mature garden with its old trees. A bedroom with a double bed (200x200 cm) and a spacious built-in closet, as well as a flat-screen TV, a bright shower room, and a separate guest bathroom round out the upper floor. A highlight is the gorgeous garden, where you can find peace and quiet on the sun deck—which belongs to the holiday rental—complete with a Sylt beach chair and seating. To wind down after a day at the beach, you can relax here and kick off the evening with a glass of wine. A washing machine and dryer are located in the basement of the house. Bicycle storage is available inside the house. Smoking and pets are not permitted in this holiday rental.
