Erholung pur im UNESCO Weltkulturerbe

Übergabe direkt durch den Gastgeber, gut ausgestattete Küche, Flasche Wein zum Empfang, den wir auf Grund der warmen Temperaturen gar nicht getrunken haben. Schöne Bücherauswahl zum Schmökern.

Schönes, originelles Haus im Weltkulturerbe Alexandrowka

Sehr schöner Ort, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und die Einkaufsviertel per Spaziergang erreichbar. Das Haus liegt an einer Hauptstraße, hat aber ein Tor, so dass man "für sich" ist. Stellplätze auf dem Grundstück vorhanden, großer Obstgarten (von dem man Silvester einen idealen Blick in alle Richtungen hatte). Gute Ausstattung in Wohnräumen, Bad und Küche. Kein aufgetuffeltes Edel-Ferienhaus, aber sehr, sehr originell. Empfehlung.

Zentral für fußläufige Erkundungen

Ob Stadtmitte, Museum Barberini oder Schloß ohne Sorgen oder Villa Kellermann, alle waren in weniger als 25 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen! Der Wagen wurde nicht gebraucht! Das alte „Gemäuer“, dicke schwere Holzbalken und breite Dielen haben einen urigen Charme, kleine Fugen und Stolperschwellen müssen in Kauf genommen werden. Die Heizkörper schaffen in kürzester Zeit ein wohlige Wärme, der Wasserdruck ist schwach aber ausreichend! Die Athmo dieses Hauses atmet Geschichte! Wunderbar, wenn man an die Freundschaft dieser beiden großen alten Männer denkt, wo der Eine dem Anderen mal dreißig Musiker „ausleiht“! Wir werden gerne wiederkommen, dann aber, wenn der Apfelbaumpsrk weniger matschig ist als am 7/8.Jan 2023 Rjg

Wohnen im Kulturerbe

Das Wohnen in der russischen Kolonie ist schon ein Erlebnis für sich und die wirklich tolle Wohnung mit allem was man sich nur denken kann ist dann wirklich das i-Tüpfelchen . Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir können es wirklich nur weiterempfehlen

Interessantes Haus in historischem Ambiente. Zentral in Potsdam gelegen, also gut zur Erkundung der Umgebung, leider jedoch an einer relativ verkehrsreichen Straße.
