A cosy and modern ground-floor holiday apartment in the heart of the Baltic Sea resort town of Kellenhusen, available for 4 people + 1 toddler in a travel cot, as well as 2 dogs upon request, for your wonderful holiday stay...

Our beautiful and spacious holiday apartment (approx. 64 m²) is located in a quiet area close to the beach. It is equipped for 4 people and features 2 separate bedrooms. It offers a modern living room with a couch and dining area, a flat-screen satellite TV, and an integrated open kitchenette. The built-in kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, ceramic cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and much more... The bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with twin beds) are comfortably furnished. The shower room is bright and spacious. Enjoy your holiday time on the sunny terrace right next to the property.

You can park your car in the private parking space next to the house. Bicycle racks are provided outdoors for any bicycles you bring along...

Please note that this holiday rental is a smoke-free property! Pets (dogs) are allowed upon request and may stay for an additional fee.
Bed linens and towels can be rented for your stay and conveniently booked in advance.

Wieder ist ein toller Urlaub zu Ende gegangen, mit toller Lage zum Strand. Man ist in ca 5 min am

Wieder ist ein toller Urlaub zu Ende gegangen, mit toller Lage zum Strand. Man ist in ca 5 min am Strand. Die Wohnung ist Klasse. Sie ist absolut sauber, dafür das dort Haustiere mit rein dürfen ( der Staubsauger müsste nur öfters gewechselt werden) Es ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht :-) oder halt Stop doch 2 Kleinigkeiten die eine, ist das Fliegennetze an den Fenstern und an der Terrassentüre fehlen und dringend angebracht werden sollten ( es ist eine Plage mit den Fliegen und Mücken usw) dann das zweite was fehlt ist tatsächlich WLAN. Und eine Sache die nicht so gut überlegt war/ist diese Treppe aussen. Zum ersten ist sie sehr laut wenn dort jemand hoch und runter geht, es schallt durch die unteren Wohnungen "leider" und die enge Zufahrt zum Parkplatz hinten an der hinteren Treppen vorbei. Für Hunde sind die Treppen auch nicht so geeignet, weil sie dort mit ihren Krallen hängen bleiben könnten. Ansonsten kann man in den Wohnungen nichts beanstanden. Top Lage Sauberkeit Top

Dieses Appartement haben wir schon mehrfach gebucht und macht nach wie vor einen ordentlichen Eindruck. Eine Reklamation bezüglich der Spültischarmatur wurde umgehend bearbeitet und am Folgetag von Fachpersonal ausgetauscht. So wünscht man sich das. Wir werden diese Unterkunft auch in den nächsten Jahren buchen.
