Die Wohnung mit dem überdachten Balkon hat mir sehr gefallen. Durch den Raumteiler stört das Bett auch nicht. Die Wohnung ist mit Nippes nicht überladen. Der farblich zur Fliesenborte passende Duschvorhang war sehr hübsch. Eine Wohnung, die man weiterempfehlen kann.

Ferienwohnung an den Tennisplatz

Die Gesellschaft ist gut. Es hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Die Wohnung ist extrem veraltet, die Ausstattung ist schlecht. Nicht einmal tiefe Teller oder ein Bettlacken. Es muffelt in der Wohnung. Nach 5 Tagen sind wir frühzeitig abgereist. Schade

Herbe Enttäuschung, schlechte Qualität für hohen Preis.

Im Inserat war die Wohnung gut dargestellt. Vor Ort mussten wir leider feststellen, dass es ein 1,40 m Bett gab; einen Tisch, an dem man sich mit Teller nicht gegenüber sitzen konnte, da zu schmal. Auf der sehr minderwertigen Plastikcouch gab es keine gerade Sitzfläche. Sehr löchrig und unbequem. Neben der hohen Miete für dieses Objekt, erschienen auf der Rechnung noch einmal Verwaltungskosten für die Wfv. Waren im Inserat nicht ausgewiesen. Die Leistung, die dahinter steckt, war nicht ersichtlich. Die Schlüssel mussten selbst abgeholt und wieder abgegeben werden. Nach der Wegbeschreibung gefragt, sagte die Dame im Wfv Büro: Sie können es nicht verfehlen, es ist der "graue Kasten". Der Vermieter wird es ihr danken. Obwohl die Beschreibung stimmt. Auf der Rechnung erschienen zwei Beträge, "Steuer" genannt. Bei einer Vermietung an Privatleute? Borkum als Ort ist überlaufen und die Betonklötze lassen sehr an dem Fachwissen der Genehmigungsbehörde zweifeln.
