Pros: Our stay at this accomodation was very good, it was clean and tidy and had anything you are likely to need. It is only a short stroll from the local beach, and on the flat for anyone that has difficulty in walking. The pool was nice and refreshing , although could have had sun bed facilities. Owner more than helpful and very approciable and will help in anyway they can . All in all a lovely place to stay and would recommend.

Pros: Nice clean apartment, comfortable beds and very well-equipped. In a pleasant location convenient for buses but only walking distance - for the more able than us! - from Torrevieja centre. Nice restaurants within walking distance. From first contact the owners felt like friends and we knew we could contact them immediately if a problem occurred in the apartment. Will certainly book a further stay - hopefully in the not too distant future.

Beautiful apartment in ideal location

Pros: This apartment was perfect to stay in. A short walk from the beach and bus stop which you can get buses into the centre regularly, though we didn’t mind walking as it’s not a long walk about 20 mins. The apartment itself was gorgeous with multiple balconies and a shared pool which is fairly quiet. Amenities were great also. We arrived late and Lesley left us water, milk and cava. Very thoughtful host!

Pros: Apartment, complex and swimming pool are fine and tidy, the residents are also friendly. On arrival we were pleasantly surprised with champagne, water and lemonade in the fridge. Very pleasant if you arrive very late. Beach is within walking distance, just like a supermarket. For the center you have to walk a bit. The manager is super friendly and helpful. In short, a nice stay for an affordable price for a visit to Torrevieje.

Pros: We’ve just returned from a great 2week stay at El Paraiso. Thank you Lesley, for your helpful approach and attention to detail beforehand, in terms of providing useful information, as well as your warm, friendly welcome when we met up on two occasions. The apartment served our needs very well. Perfect base for us in many respects. It was spacious, well equipped and comfortable to spend time indoors in the evenings. It was chilly in January and the calor heater was totally adequate to keep us warm and cosy. There’s even a park outside to sit in the afternoon sun! Having a rented car was a must for us as we like to get out and about, away from shops and crowds, to visit nature reserves and interesting coastal areas for walks by the sea. We also found some great fish restaurants to sit in the sun, overlooking the sea. Thank you again Lesley and Michael and we look forward to returning for another burst of warmth and sunshine next January. Chris and Norm

Pros: We have recently returned from a very enjoyable stay in Torrevieja made more so by the lovely apartment we stayed in. The apartment itself was great value for money, close to the beach (easy walking distance) and there was plenty of choice of restaurants/ bars in around the apartment's location. We found the apartment to be very well equipped and exceptionally clean; the beds in particular were very comfortable and the owners clearly opted to purchase nice quality bedding. The apartment is equipped with ceiling fans rather than air con and we actually preferred this. We have found in the past that some air on units can be noisy and almost too cold. Furthermore, there always seemed to be a constant cooling breeze that ran through the apartment which was always very welcome. We also met the owner on a couple of occasions and can only say she was more than helpful and happy to please you. It was very evident that it was important to her that you enjoyed your holiday and were comfortable in her lovely apartment. If you are planning a trip to Torrevieja, seriously consider staying here, you won't be disappointed.

Pros: Have just got home from a lovely week at this apartment. It was incredibly clean on arrival and Lesley had been kind enough to leave provisions for our arrival as we were arriving so late at night. There was tea and coffee, fresh milk and large bottles of water in the fridge, along with a bottle of fizz. Also a very nice bottle of red, and olives. Lovely personal touch. No other apartment that I've been to has that provided. Sometimes you're lucky if there's a full toilet roll. Although I didn't get the chance to meet Lesley in person we chatted frequently by WhatsApp, and she was always prompt with replies to any message I sent, both before and during our stay. She also arranged transport for us from the airport so we were not waiting so late at night for available taxis. Nothing has been too much trouble. The apartment was close to all amenities and bus stops for anything you wanted further afield. The beds were very comfortable and all had very clean bedding. The whole apartment is very well equipped for your every need. The pool area is spotless and was very welcoming after being out and about during the day, and also anyone using it was mindful of siesta time. There was a large folder that provided all the information you needed, where to catch a bus, places to visit etc. Everything was just so well thought out. The beach was within a short walk from the apartment and so were local shops and restaurants. Aldi is a 5 minute walk away. We tried quite a few of the local restaurants and had very good meals every time. Would heartily recommend the Mexican at the top of the road but that's a personal choice. All were equally good. If you don't mind walking a bit further, the marina area is lovely and we even took a boat trip which was very inexpensive. I could go on and on. I would definitely recommend the apartment and the area. And I would certainly book with Lesley again. Couldn't fault it.

Pros: Het is een typisch Spaans appartement. Alles wat je nodig hebt, is aanwezig. Het balkon is niet groot maar dat wisten we. Het bed ligt prima. Er is een supermarkt in de buurt en er zijn diverse restaurantjes. Torrevieja met zijn boulevard is goed aan te lopen wat wij dan ook geregeld deden. Er is een leuk strand op ongeveer 10 min. lopen. De eigenaresse van het pand is heel aardig en weet veel te vertellen over de omgeving. Kortom we hebben twee weken heerlijk genoten.

Pros: 2ème fois que nous allons dans cette résidence, même appartement. Pourquoi ? Parce que c'est tout simplement génial. L'appartement est dans une résidence où tous les habitants et vacanciers sont très sympa, le partage de la piscine communale est parfait car la piscine est très grande. L'appartement dispose de tout ce qu'il est nécessaire d'avoir du levé (couchage très confortable, hygiénique) et couché en passant par le petit déjeuner, déjeuner et souper : de la vaisselle, en veux tu en voilà... La mer n'est pas loin, pour s'y rendre, en maillot de bain ! Inutile de prendre sa voiture pour aller faire des courses avec le supermarché en bord de mer, restaurant. Pour les balades nocturne tranquille avec les enfants, balade avec de petites aires de jeux un peu partout dans le quartier... On réserve pour l'année prochaine ! Car effectivement, ne pas oublier de dire que Lesley est une femme extraordinaire, très sympa, disponible et souriante. **** 2nd time we go in this residence, same apartment. Why ? Because it's just great. The apartment is in a residence where all residents and vacationers are very friendly, sharing the communal pool is perfect as the pool is very large. The apartment has all that is necessary to have the survey (very comfortable bed, toilet) and slept through breakfast, lunch and diner, dishes in want you here it is ... The sea is not far to reach, in a swimsuit! Needless to take his car to go shopping with the supermarket on the seafront, restaurant. For quiet night walks with children, walk with small areas around games in the neighborhood ... We reserve for next year! Because actually, do not forget to say that Lesley is an extraordinary woman, very friendly, and smiling.
