Austen and his family thought of everything. Our stay was absolutely perfect. The cottage was sweetly decorated for fall with pumpkins on the front steps, there was freshly ground coffee, extra toiletries, and even sticks for s’mores and fire starters outside by the pit.Thank you so much! We had a great stay!

This is a phenomenal property and space. The beds were so comfortable. The space is private, and well appointed with everything you need! Enjoyed the fire ring and the back porch immensely. As a work traveler, you don’t get many chances to sit and relax in such a refined and great space, this is a gem. Oh and Harris Teeter is just down the road for all the groceries and supplies!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The property itself was beautiful, comfortable, and everything we could have hoped for, but what really stood out was the owners. Their communication, hospitality, and attention to detail made the entire experience feel effortless. They were incredibly responsive and welcoming from start to finish.It’s clear they take a lot of pride in the property and genuinely care about their guests having a great experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

What an incredible space! From the prompt and welcoming communications during registration through our entire stay, our experience was exceptional. Tucked into a beautiful and quiet location, this sweet little cottage was perfect for our weekend. Austen and Katie's attention to every ammenity and detail made our stay extremely welcoming and comfortable. Most impressive was the house's cleanliness in every nook and cranny, along with comfortable beds, beautiful bathrooms and in-home laundry. Unfortunately the rainy weather didn't allow us to appreciate the lovely back porch and fire pit, but hopefully next time. Definitely wish there was a way to give more than 5 stars. Highly recommend!!

We spent a wonderful weekend with our family at this home. We arrived early and Austen was very accommodating and we were able to check in much earlier (he was also super nice when we were late checking out whoops!). The house is very cozy and family friendly. Beds were soft. The kitchen had everything you would need although no oven (not a big deal). We were glad for the washer/dryer combo until and our kids were very happy for the playground right by the house. Couldn’t be happier with our stay.

The house was in great condition upon arrival. Everything was clean and well setup. The interior layout was well done and provided the feeling of a welcoming county cottage. The host definitely took time to address every detail. Fresh ground coffee was a nice bonus. Beds and furniture were comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked for preparing meals and cleaning up afterwards. Host had clear and responsive communication during the booking and checking in process. All of your requests and needs were promptly addressed. The backyard firepit and Kan Jam provided a good setting to converse with family and friends. The kids enjoyed the campfire and spending the evening outside.I would definitely stay again.
