I was not able to stay in this rental because the host had his account frozen with the payment processor. I had to cancel through my credit card. Due to my planned vacation starting the next week the host & I opted to cancel the reservation. I was able to rebook another rental in time. The credit has not been issued & can take up to 90 days. This was a big inconvenience.

Sorry the payment processor issues reflected in a poor experience for you my friend. It is unfortunate that we had to suffer a mediocre 3-star review for such an issue that was outside of our power to control. I wish you continued best in everything.
