You won`t want to leave the homely space sleeping 6 comfortably with internet, TVs in each room, outdoor grill & more. We can’t wait for your stay! :)

This cozy cottage sleeps up to 6 adults and children total. There is a beautiful outdoor garden for your enjoyment, outside furniture, grill and a spacious yard.

Inside, there are 3 comfortable bedrooms, a living room, kitchen and breakfast room area, family room and 2 full bathrooms - one adjoining the master suite, TV’s in every room, WiFi and internet.

We ask that no parties are held, as the neighborhood is quiet and family-friendly. The house is also cute and cozy and not suitable for heavier usage created by more guests.

Please again, if you have a dog, please clean up after them, including out in the yard.

Guests have access to the house, driveway, lawn and garden. If applicable, we ask that you clean up after your pet in order to keep the space clean inside and out. Thank you.

We like to give you space to stretch out but my co-host and I are always available by app messaging, phone, text or email.

For Our Pet-Loving Guests:
If you’re bringing a furry friend, we just ask that you help keep things tidy by cleaning up after them and keeping the space neat. We really appreciate it!

Garden Maintenance:
You might notice our gardener stopping by quietly from time to time to tend the flowers and check on the pond. He’s very respectful and won’t interrupt your stay, just doing his part to keep the garden peaceful and blooming for everyone to enjoy.
Parking Reminder: Just a quick heads-up, please make sure all cars are pulled fully into the driveway. The neighborhood has rules about not blocking mailboxes or other driveways, so if you could pass that along to your group, that’d be awesome. Thanks so much!
