Watchin' the ships roll in
Then I watch 'em roll away again”

Why they chose this property
Prime Hook Wildlife Refuge is truly a sanctuary, about as unique a place as I've ever found to simply relax. The moment my dog Stella and I exited that mad dash off the Coastal Highway for the first time we knew we were in heaven! As you slowly wind your way through farmland and 11,000 acres of un-kept marshland and you end up sitting on top of a dune. Plus your nearest bar is the Dogfish Head Brewery in Milton and the nearest big ocean surf can be found at near-by, dog-friendly, Cape Henlopen State Park!
What makes this property unique
REMOTENESS and being in NATURE with the year around phenomenons that are unique to PRIME HOOK... besides the sun, surf, clouds, and stars!
