We love this Tahoe home for our family summer vacation! This home is located in a nice neighborhood, great for riding bikes, taking walks and close enough to take drives to explore other areas of beautiful Tahoe! We love too that there are 3 full bathrooms

host was unresponsive on VRBO app. heater in the master bedroom did not work. there was only 1 roll of paper towels for the whole weekend (we had to purchase our own). the garbage container in front of the house was completely full so we put our garbage and recycle in the garage which had a previous guest’s garbage in there as well. the refrigerator didn’t seem to get too cold/keep our food and drinks very cold even when the fridge was restarted and set on the highest cold setting. the two bedroom doors downstairs would get stuck when opening them and one came off the hinges which we fixed.

Cozy and just right!

The house was the right amount of space for our group. It was located away from town but most things were 10-15 min drives. When we arrived, it was cleaned up and welcoming. There were extra blankets and pillows in each closet of every room, which was helpful because it did get cold per our socal standards. Only mini complaint was that the trash cans were full from the previous guests, which makes sense if trash collection day hadn't passed by before our arrival, but we had to stuff our trash further into the bins and we didn't want to leave trash laying around. Overall, it was a great time and we are grateful for a weekend in Tahoe.
