Everything you need, to include salt/pepper and dish soap! Properly outfitted, comfy beds, very clean, nice cabin-like touches. High end property close to the mountain, we will be back!

Retreat near Mount Hood
Four adults, we spent a few days hiking around Mount Hood and this was a great location. Clean, modern condo. Comfortable beds, plus heated floors in the bathroom! Kitchen was well stocked. Other reviews mentioned that there is some road noise that you can hear in the second bedroom, so we all came equipped with earplugs, and it wasn’t a problem. We would love to stay here again.

Fantastic
Beautiful space, lots of room... somewhat hotel-like in the way of bare cupboards, etc. but otherwise no complaints.
The home was clean and the view was beautiful. Beds were comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only thing is they need to clean the air intake in the living room the grate is black with dust. Again, had an amazing time. Oh, and to lock the front door you need to hold the enter key until it makes a noise then you can turn the lock.

Wonderful and Relaxing
Warm and inviting! Kitchen stocked well and fireplace was nice. Bed was comfortable. We forgot to pack games for at night. We found puzzles but no games; so do t forget those if you plan on playing at night or during a rainy day.

Ski getaway
Location and condo were fantastic! Beautiful, spacious plenty of room for our family of 5. Location was great! Set between three ski hills!! Only tricky part was on arrival it is hard to determine which building is north and south, also key code instructions were difficult to understand. It kept referring to the lock box which was not in use. We got it figured out quickly though since there was a housekeeper on site! Would definitely come here again!
This place was stunning - spacious, cozy, quiet. The one problem was there were no toiletries whatsoever. Not even hand soap. Which would have been helpful to know in advance so we could have packed the basics (shampoo, body soap, conditioner) and hand soap.

Couldn't get the TVs to work
Nice place, comfortable beds, but there were no instructions in the house and we were not able to get one of the TVs to work at all and we were not able to get any of them to work with Netflix as advertised. We'd appreciate clear, specific instructions for this kind of thing left in the home next time.

Great place for two small families
Great location and very quiet unless sleeping in the open upper level. The South building is adjacent to 26 and traffic does kick in early morning. But the bedrooms are very well insulated from noise. Only complaint is no signage differentiating which building is North and which is South. We parked and lugged all of our gear up the wrong building. The North building is at the entrance and South is at the back. We would've known this when our code didn't work for the North garage but the door was already open and we just rolled on in without double-checking the building (beware!).
Bring DVDs and a DVD player. Internet was super slow, barely could watch YouTube short clips. Forget about streaming a movie as you will go straight to buffer land. Just a heads up if you want to watch anything at night as you unwind. Also there is Live TV, but it is also streamed and thus back to buffer land. Speeds are back to dial up internet, you just don’t get the pleasure of the dial up Internet sounds. A suggestion would be for the property to pay for cable or say Direct TV.

3-TV’s in the condo with no cable signal! I called the 24/7 numbers and no answer
Disappointed at the 24/7 support numbers which no one answered, placed on hold, and then I was disconnected. Even the 24/7 number to report a unsafe condition did not answer and then disconnected me. 3-TV’s with no cable signal is not acceptable for the cost of the stay.
We enjoyed the unit very much. There were a couple of issues however. We initially had trouble locking our front door, turning on the fireplace and one lamp would not light. We were able to have the local representative fix the door lock, show us how to use the fireplace and give us a replacement bulb. Next we could not get our DVD to work. Turns out it was not connected to the TV. After trying to fix it, the maintenance person got us a small DVD player from another unit so we could watch movies. There was no instruction manual in the unit for these things and the instructions on Vacasa were not helpful for this unit. The room rate was high and we expected everything would be in working order. Even the oven temperature was not right as it took us more than double the time to cook our dinner. In spite of this, however, we enjoyed the unit.
