Spacious, yet cozy, we had a great stay over Christmas. Good access to Long Beach and State Park. Well-equipped kitchen had all we needed for cooking holiday meals. Lots of space for everyone to spread out. It was great!
The house is great with lots of space and plenty of activities for all ages. The boys loved playing pool and having their own activity room. We would definitely considered this for another family weekend.
This was a great location for a multi-family gathering for a long weekend. The views toward the Columbia River were beautiful, the house was exceptionally clean, and there was plenty of room to both gather/eat as a large group and plenty of space for down time. Greatly recommend this house for large families or groups.

Decent
The view was great and definitely ideal for a big family. Not much for the kiddos to do so bring toys. The stairs are very steep and the beds upstairs in the rooms are SO hard. Had a good stay but probably wouldn’t stay again for the price

Thank you for providing your valuable feedback. We are glad to know you enjoyed your visit! We apologize if you found any of the bedding in the home to be uncomfortable. The owner has worked to ensure a variety of beds ranging from soft to firm in the home to accompany all guests. Additionally, runners have been added to the stairs for ease of use. We hope to host you again soon!
This house was the perfect getaway for 2 families to share with children ages 9-17. There are endless activities provided at the house (pool table, darts, large tv room, fire pit, movies, etc). The private lot is tucked away on the bay, so the front patio feels 10 degrees warmer than the beach and is protected from the wind. The back deck provides shade all afternoon/evening if you need to escape the heat. The house was well stocked with extra soap, toilet paper, extra towels etc. We will definitely return, especially for a rainy winter getaway.

Hi, Lisa. Thank you for providing us with this valuable feedback. We are glad to hear you enjoyed the amenities and location of our home. We thank you for your feedback, as it helps us improve our guests' experiences. We look forward to welcoming you back for another fabulous getaway in the future.
The property was very nice. Being right on the estuary was beautiful especially since we had full moonlight each evening. Several minor maintenance issues should be addressed: door handle on front storm door kept coming off, bracket on downstairs bathroom toilet paper holder was not secured and came off, Bannister at bottom of stairs was loose and twisted when one of us was going up the stairs and the upstairs bunkbed is very wobbly (we decided to only use the bottom bunk) because we felt as though it could be sketchy to use the top bed.
The outside fire pit was very nice and we used it each night. We also appreciated the fish cleaning station.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would rent again.

John, thank you for sharing your experience, we're so pleased you enjoyed your visit! It's great to know you'd stay here again-- we'd love to have you. That said, we apologize for the areas in need of some TLC and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Our local manager assured us that the door handle on the screen door and the bracket on the toilet paper holder have been tightened. The banister is in the process of being repaired and the bunk beds are secure. We enjoyed having you as our guest and we look forward to hosting you again.
