Have been staying at this rental since I was a child, PERFECT location. Under a 5 min walk to anything you could need/want! We did notice that a deep clean could be done; especially the window sills, and a good Kitchen Clean.
A great place for a multi generation family gathering

Nearly perfect beach hour
What an amazing beach house. My wife and I stayed there with three friends, and we were all impressed with the cleanliness, size, location and features. We would definitely stay here again.
A super comfortable, roomy, pleasant place to stay. Last weekend was our second time, and our grandchildren call it their 'beach house'.

Very cozy beach house!
We had a really nice weekend, the house is super close to lots of shops, restaurants and the cutest local grocery store. We really enjoyed the wood stove; it was very cozy! The house had everything that we needed, the Bluetooth stereo was great!
The location was great, and the house has everything you need. It is an old house, but has been fixed up really nicely. We really enjoyed the fire pit in the back as well.
Sweet house with all that you need to enjoy a weekend at the beach. Beds were small, but comfortable. Quick access to the town and beach. Glad we were able to get away.

Great place. We were largely stuck in during a rainy weekend and this place was perfect.
It's a little understocked on essentials (coffee filters, cooking oils, salt etc.), so just plan accordingly.

Jeff, we are delighted you had a phenomenal time during your visit to our home. We appreciate you for taking the time to share your experience. However, we would like to note that while the kitchen is stocked with all the cookware and utensils needed to prepare meals, food and other pantry items like coffee, tea, spices, and oils are not typically stocked in the home for sanitary reasons. We encourage guests to plan ahead if they anticipate needing additional items during their stay. Our apologies for any inconvenience this caused. We hope to have another chance to better impress you on a future stay!
