The Space:

Nestled in a gated community, “44 Freemont Crossing” is a welcome retreat in picturesque Sunriver. This 3BR/3.5BA townhome showcases rustic-chic decor, wood paneling, vaulted ceilings, and plenty of natural light. Take the provided bikes out for a spin, or unwind in the private hot tub on the spacious deck.



Head to Fort Rock Park for miles of scenic high desert hiking trails. Sunriver Resort offers a wealth of adventures for family fun.



LIVING AREAS



Lounge in the spacious living room, offering seating for 11 on a couch, love seat, and two armchairs. Watch favorite shows on the 65” flat-screen TV with cable while enjoying the warm ambience of the gas fireplace.



In the garage, a ping-pong table provides hours of group fun.



KITCHEN & DINING



Channel your inner chef in the fully stocked kitchen, detailed with gleaming granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and hardwood floors.



When it’s time to eat, share meals at the stately dining table for eight or at the breakfast bar for three.

This two-story home sleeps up to eight guests between the three bedrooms.

The second bedroom is outfitted with a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a twin-over-full bunk bed. A guest bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combination.



The third bedroom features a queen bed, 32” flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.



A half bath is located on the first floor.

**Parking, Prohibited Vehicles and Lot Appearance**

Boats, trailers, buses, motor homes, commercial vehicles, flat bed pick-up trucks, recreational vehicles (including campers), disabled, or similar vehicles shall not be parked on any Fremont Crossing lot or driveway other than inside an enclosed garage, screen from view. No vehicle may be parked in the street. Any vehicle found in violation of these restrictions is subject to towing by the Association at rental guest's expense. No other materials, trash, garbage, refuse containers, or unattractive materials shall be permitted on any Lot, Common Area, or the streets.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sleepy Bear Lodge and would definitely stay here again. The location is ideal, the home is spacious, the beds and furniture are very comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped for our family, and we appreciated the bikes, hot tub, SHARC passes, and ping pong table. Finally, we just loved the decor. You can tell that the owners of this home have gone out of their way to make sure their guests have a fun trip to Sunriver.

Good spot overall

Nice visit in a quiet rental townhouse. The place felt very clean overall. Our only objection was the lack of basics in the kitchen. . . foil, salt, pepper, etc. There was nothing, but not a huge deal. Otherwise, it was all good and crazy close to the Village.

Good stay but a lot of damage

We enjoyed our stay at the property and the location was great. Unfortunately we noticed a few damaged pieces upon our arrival. A glass light shade was damaged, the lamp upstairs in the bedroom with the bunk beds was was broken, the oven made a weird noise when it was on, a cord to the blinds outside was broken, and there was quite a bit of dog hair on the pillow cases.

Cozy, relaxed, we’ll appointed

We have stayed in several units at Fremont Crossing and this one has been our favorite so far. We arrived to a giant, fully decorated Christmas tree which was a nice surprise. Lots of other cute Christmas decor also. Kitchen has everything and then some. The only thing I might add is an air fryer but that’s it! A cupboard full of games was also a nice surprise! My only other suggestion would be to add a mattress pad—the master’s bed is pretty firm. Otherwise we love this unit and would DEFINITELY stay again!

Good location The appliances REALLY need updating! The utensil container in the dishwasher is broken and keeps opening spilling the contents and occasionally prevents the door from closing. The oven fan is very loud and the temperature is uneven. The stove is very good. The carpets were stained in various places when we entered and were spot cleaned at the end of our stay.

The pros: The location of this property is amazing, just steps from the Village and easy access to everything you need! There were three of us staying this time, but it is definitely spacious enough for a larger family. The cons: This property was not very clean when we arrived, there were crumbs in the kitchen, couches/furniture did not look like it had been vacuumed, and bedding had a lot of dog hair on it still - we were taken aback when we first arrived. Not necessarily a complaint, but this home is obviously well used/well loved. Some of the furniture/appliances/decor was just worn out, not what I expect when paying that much per night. Overall, I would definitely stay in this complex again, but would probably look for a different unit.

Beautiful Townhome

Very beautiful and nicely furnished townhome. Walking distance to village. Provided bikes were nice to ride around the community, but all bikes are on the small side. Husband is 6’2”, he rode, but knees were a little sore after. Entire family had fun playing ping pong and enjoyed all the games provided. Hot tub was perfect! Kitchen is well equipped, but do bring your own spices if you plan on cooking.. Only con was the king bed in the master, not very comfortable and sheets were very worn and pilling. Fireplace didn’t work the first few nights we were there, but the management was notified and worked to get someone there to fix it in a timely fashion. Overall we enjoyed our stay here. Sunriver is a beautiful community. We would most definitely come back!
